This 840 s.f. mannequin by Cecconi Simone represents a neighborhood of urban residences envisioned for Downtown West, Toronto. Conceived around the principals of Vigorous House, a Danish traipse dedicated to wholesome and sustainable interior environments, the mannequin brings to existence a whole townhome ground-ground.
The existing purpose facets an starting up-opinion stay–prepare dinner–dine purpose centered on a skylight in the kitchen zone. A wall-to-wall escape of custom millwork spans its whole length, with white matte-lacquer built-ins, white Corian counter-backsplash and syncopated walnut niches forming a sweeping backdrop to the prolonged kitchen-island, in shadowy melamine with counter in shadowy engineered-quartz and breakfast bar / dining surface in precise walnut.
